Responsibilities

• Delivering care to clients in a home health setting
• Providing one on one care
• Utilizing electronic charting using Cubhub
• Participating in in-house education and training programs
• Engaging with clients and their families
• Working flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
• Responding to on-call support as needed

Skills

• LPN with a reputed company valid nursing license
