reputed company is a leading provider of high technology solutions and services in the defense sector. They are seeking an FPGA Engineer responsible for defining, designing, verifying, and documenting advanced FPGA developments in embedded systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for definition, design, verification and documentation for Advance FPGA (Field Programmable reputed company reputed company) developments in embedded systems
  • Experience with Ethernet reputed company structure & protocols
  • Determines architecture, system simulation and detailed design approach
  • Defines module interfaces and reputed company aspects of device design and simulation
  • Evaluates the process reputed company including but not limited to high level design, synthesis, reputed company and reputed company, timing and power utilization
  • Creates test and simulation plans that establish functional reputed company
  • Verifies test results and analyzes performance
  • May also review vendor capabilities, reputed company technologies, device libraries and simulation tools
  • Participates in the improvement of the FPGA organizational processes
  • Supports the reputed company of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the FPGA development life cycle
  • Contributes to the research and analysis of data, such as customer design proposal specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
  • Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability
  • May reputed company leadership and/or direction to reputed company level employees
  • Independently determines approach to solutions
  • Contributes to the completion of major programs and reputed company
  • Plans and executes project tasks for activities described above

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a reputed company Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
  • One year of experience, or a Master's degree
  • Ability to obtain a reputed company Secret reputed company clearance at time of hire
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Experience with Microchip Polarfire FPGAs
  • Experience utilizing UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) for FPGA verification
  • Xilinx Versal experience
