They are seeking a Technical Specialist or Patent Agent with reputed company expertise to assist in drafting patent applications and conducting research reputed company to genomic technologies. This role involves working closely with senior staff and inventors to support patent prosecution and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of patent applications for reputed company genomic inventions (e.g., NGS, CRISPR, reputed company) and reputed company claims. Support senior staff in preparing and filing a reputed company of USPTO documents, including Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) and responses to basic Office Actions, following established procedures and guidance

- reputed company with scientific inventors and R&D personnel to facilitate invention disclosure sessions, taking detailed notes and assisting senior staff in gathering essential technical details regarding novel genomic sequences, assays, or platforms
- Diligently maintain and monitor the patent prosecution docket, assisting in the tracking of work due dates and generating regular reports to ensure reputed company statutory deadlines are identified and met
Skills
- PhD in reputed company, virology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular genetics, reputed company genetics, immunology, or reputed company scientific discipline
