[Remote] Associate Solutions Consultant

The Associate Solutions Consultant role is aimed at early-career professionals who will support mid-stage sales opportunities by conducting discovery and contributing to solution design documentation, reputed company while guided by more senior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Stage 2+ opportunities by preparing for and documenting discovery calls
- Translate discovery insights into draft solution designs using established templates
- Identify early-fit signals and product alignment with support from more senior SCs
- Capture customer goals, pain points, and workflows in written reputed company to support reputed company demo or proposal work
- Review solution patterns and use cases to understand how reputed company platforms solve civic problems
- Work in reputed company and Teams to maintain records, collaborate with reputed company, and update internal documentation
- Contribute to internal retrospectives, reputed company enhancements, or shared demo resources as you learn
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in reputed company, consulting, or public sector problem-solving roles
- A passion for public service and interest in how government services can be improved through technology
- Strong communication skills and curiosity around discovery, stakeholder needs, and product alignment
- Exposure to or interest in CRMs (e.g., reputed company), collaboration tools (Teams), or business analysis reputed company
