Information Technology Support Specialist

They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to reputed company technical support across multiple locations, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems while offering hands-on experience and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company on-site technical support to users at various Achieva locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and reputed company equipment
- Install, update, and maintain software applications
- reputed company basic network troubleshooting as needed
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Communicate reputed company with staff to assess needs and resolve technical concerns
- reputed company excellent customer service in reputed company interactions
- reputed company other duties as assigned --- job responsibilities may reputed company based on organizational needs
- Extensive travel (approximately 50% of work time) to Achieva sites throughout Westmoreland and Allegheny counties; mileage is reimbursable
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- reputed company A+ certification (or willingness to obtain reputed company the first 6 months)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfort with frequent travel and flexible work hours
- Must meet reputed company 33/34 and FBI clearance requirements
- Valid PA reputed company's license and properly insured automobile for daily use
- Associate's Degree in IT or reputed company field
