Marketing Associate - Portfolio Marketing

They are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join their Property Portfolio Marketing team, where the candidate will support various marketing initiatives and reputed company hands-on experience across digital marketing, creative production, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of property marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, brand rollouts, signage coordination, and collateral development
- Assist with the management and review of digital marketing performance across reputed company media, SEO, and ILS channels
- Help reputed company and report on key metrics reputed company to traffic, reputed company reputed company, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with creative team members and agency partners to coordinate asset requests, brand templates, and approvals
- reputed company operational support to leasing and onsite teams, troubleshooting marketing inquiries, platform needs, or brand-reputed company requests
- Assist in organizing and maintaining property-level marketing documentation, calendars, trackers, and reporting dashboards

Skills
- 1–3+ years of marketing experience, required in multifamily reputed company estate
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company), reputed company Workspace, and comfortable navigating digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company
