Bilingual (English-French) Credit Collections Analyst

They are seeking a Bilingual Credit Collections Analyst who will be responsible for managing collections of accounts receivable, resolving billing issues, and ensuring reputed company payments from their French and English-speaking customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Handles assigned portfolio of accounts by applying company’s credit polices and procedures
  • Communicates and educates external and internal customers on credit terms and payment reputed company to ensure reputed company collection of overdue accounts
  • Works on weekly aging report and daily Get reputed company collection to obtain satisfactory payment commitments
  • Reconcile accounts by contacting customers or other departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Answers phone calls and provides reputed company to customer’s inquires; generates account statements, invoices and other supporting documents as needed
  • Remain in rollover phone system answering incoming calls
  • Proactively reviews customer’s credit limit and reviews blocked orders for reputed company release
  • Review and approve reputed company Job Sheets. Have knowledge of Mechanics Lien Laws
  • Negotiates payment reputed company for customers with poor credit history or insufficient credit limit reputed company established standards
  • Maintains accurate and up to date notes on reputed company customer’s accounts
  • Reports on delinquent accounts and actions taken to resolve past dues
  • Some travel involved

Skills

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual - fluent in English and French
  • Proficient in reputed company Office and other productivity software systems

  • Familiar with Quebec construction law and Letters of Privilege required on reputed company reputed company
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
