Responsibilities
- Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers across the country
- Accurately document responses while reputed company listening and engaging in conversation
- Maintain a reputed company, friendly, and empathetic tone on every call
- Follow survey scripts, reputed company standards, and data accuracy guidelines
- Ensure feedback is properly captured and delivered to home care providers
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Strong communication and reputed company listening skills
- Comfortable having conversations over the phone for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and time management skills
- Ability to complete and pass required training
- Prior customer service or call center experience
