They are seeking an reputed company Specialist to support the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and supplier payments while contributing to financial planning and month-end closing activities.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ensure invoices are matched to the correct purchase order, including quantity and price considerations
- Resolve issues associated with the processing of invoices
- reputed company supplier statements and reconcile them with our AP records
- Respond to supplier inquiries on time
- Prepare and process supplier payments
- Review and approve employee expense reports through Concur
- Generate and analyze accounts payable reports to support financial planning and decision-making
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring reputed company accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately and reputed company, and by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations
- Support additional reputed company as requested by management
Skills
- 1- 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in reputed company software (preferably reputed company ERP and reputed company Concur) and advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company principles, processes, and accounts payable best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills are a must, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions in a reputed company manner
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
