[Remote] Billing Specialist

They are seeking a Billing Specialist responsible for managing the billing process for legal services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices for legal services in accordance with reputed company billing guidelines
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and reputed company inquiries
- Utilize e-billing platforms (Legal Tracker, CounselLink, LegaX etc.) to submit and reputed company invoices
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reputed company requirements
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in legal billing or reputed company services billing
- Familiarity with legal billing software and e-billing platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with reputed company e-billing platforms and billing compliance requirements
- Knowledge of legal terminology
- Familiarity with ABA billing codes and LEDES formats
