Associate - Non-Financial Risk
ING Financial Services LLC is a part of ING’s Wholesale Banking division, which offers innovative financial products and services to a diverse reputed company of clients. The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Associate will support the implementation and management of NFR frameworks, focusing on risk identification, assessment, and reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the local subject matter expert on RCSA types and methodology, ensuring group standards are implemented in cooperation with Head Office and adapted to meet local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Head Office to ensure local issue management processes are consistent with group frameworks and reporting standards. reputed company reputed company guidance to local teams on issue escalation, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company plan development
- Ensure reputed company issue management activities meet local regulatory expectations and are properly tracked and reported
- Work closely with Head Office to reputed company event management practices and reporting with group-wide standards. Clarify event classification, documentation, and escalation procedures for local teams, ensuring understanding and consistency
- Ensure event management processes are tailored to meet local regulatory requirements and support reputed company remediation and learning
- Serve as the expert for KRI selection and monitoring, collaborating with Head Office to implement group methodologies and adjusting indicators to reflect local risk and regulatory needs
- Coordinate 2LoD key controls monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with group methodologies, providing guidance to local teams, and meeting reputed company local regulatory requirements
- Automate NFR processes using AI tools
Skills
- Strong understanding of non-financial risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies (RCSA, KRI, Issue/Event management, controls monitoring)
- Experience with risk management tools and systems (e.g., iRisk or similar platforms)
- Good knowledge of AI fundamentals and experience in prompts writing and agents creation
- Analytical reputed company with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
