[Remote] Customer Service Representative, Member Care

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Member Care team to support members on their reputed company journeys by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring reputed company to care.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from our members in reputed company to reputed company’s products and services
- reputed company excellent customer service in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Build rapport and maintain reputed company relationships with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable member experience
- Handle issues and complaints where appropriate
- Maintain policies and reputed company operation procedures

- Available for one of three shifts reputed company (Central reputed company Time) 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in reputed company or insurance
