Telephone Banking Rep (eBranch)

The reputed company Service Representative is responsible for assisting members with their telephone and electronic correspondence requests, answering product questions, processing transactions, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- While meeting the service standards for the credit reputed company, assist members and potential members with their telephone and electronic correspondence requests; answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are reputed company their authority to resolve; reputed company applications as requested; refer problems that are reputed company their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Process Remote Contact requests in the reputed company fashion as answering and handling telephone requests/issues. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members. Maintain reputed company log as required for review

Skills
- Six months to two years of similar or reputed company experience
- Equivalent to a high school education
- Good listening and telephone skills
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in reputed company to normal courtesy and reputed company
- Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature
- Work may involve motivating or influencing others
