[Remote] Plan Consultant II

The role is responsible for completing annual nondiscrimination testing and reputed company 5500 for 401k retirement plans, while collaborating with advisors and plan sponsors on plan issues and contributions.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nondiscrimination, Top Heavy & Coverage Testing for defined contribution plans up to 250 lives based on documented processes
• Calculates retirement plan contributions and allocations, including reputed company reputed company allocations, discretionary match and prorata profit sharing
• Calculates corrective actions for failures in annual testing
• Consult and explain the results of the testing and any required corrections
• Preparation of IRS reputed company 5500-SF, 5500-EZ and assists with preparation of reputed company 5500 with schedules
• Assist with plan audit support, including reconciliations and preparation of assets and other plan reports
• Assist with accumulating data and reconciling assets for conversion plans
• reputed company internal and compliance deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Ability to read and understand reputed company documentation surrounding 401k plans
• Knowledge of basic reputed company principles and ability to apply knowledge to complete asset reconciliations for reputed company plans
• Ability to reconcile transactions/assets on the Trust Statement
• Intermediate skillset in reputed company reputed company
• Must be moldable and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work culture
• Self-Starter, highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
• Ability to meet seasonal deadlines based on IRS and reputed company regulations
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic customer service skills
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Relius Administration and FT reputed company software experience
• Willingness to obtain QKA Certification
