They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in building relationships with customers and assisting them with their automotive needs.
Responsibilities
- Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
- reputed company guests in and out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Providing reputed company shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle
- Treating our guests with the utmost respect under reputed company circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
- Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
