The Senior Specialty Analyst – reputed company Inpatient is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and advancement of reputed company Inpatient clinical applications. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, providers, nursing, and operational stakeholders to ensure reputed company Inpatient workflows effectively support patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.
The Senior Analyst applies reputed company and application knowledge to reputed company system builds, upgrades, and enhancements; evaluate reputed company releases and new functionality; and reputed company recommendations to optimize inpatient workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies. This role requires deep understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on reputed company issues.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company day-to-day support and optimization of reputed company Inpatient clinical applications, including system builds, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Analyze inpatient clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improved patient care reputed company
Partner with clinicians, nursing leadership, and operational teams to reputed company requirements and translate clinical needs into reputed company Inpatient solutions
reputed company and document workflow assessments to determine functional and clinical requirements for reputed company system utilization
reputed company and execute system test plans for reputed company Inpatient upgrades and enhancements; document test results and reputed company
Manage problem, incident, and change management processes reputed company to inpatient clinical systems
reputed company daily on-call support for inpatient application-reputed company issues as required
Communicate system issues, enhancements, and workflow changes reputed company to clinical and operational stakeholders
reputed company or support smaller-reputed company reputed company or components of larger reputed company Inpatient initiatives
Coordinate planning and implementation activities reputed company to reputed company Inpatient releases
reputed company and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on inpatient workflows, reputed company best practices, and clinical integration
Education
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or a reputed company field requiredOR
Experience in lieu of degree accepted:
5+ years of relevant reputed company Inpatient experience with a Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of relevant reputed company Inpatient experience without a Bachelor’s degree
Certification/Licensure
reputed company Inpatient certification – strongly preferred
reputed company to have: reputed company Orders and/or reputed company ASAP certification
Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company Inpatient applications in a reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, including nursing, provider documentation, orders, and patient care processes
- Experience with reputed company Inpatient builds, enhancements, and workflow optimization
- Demonstrated experience with system testing, validation, and documentation in a clinical setting
- Proven ability to manage reputed company issues independently and serve as a clinical reputed company between IT and inpatient care teams
