We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Medical Billing Customer Experience Team reputed company to join reputed company. As a key member of our Medical Billing department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and insurance companies, ensuring that everyone receives the care they need in a reputed company and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our internal departments to resolve issues reputed company to reputed company tasks and assignments, and reputed company excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Team reputed company, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company-Reg, Auth, AR Denials, and Patient Financial Contact center functions that require superior service and attention to detail.
• Supporting the execution and achievement of functional areas and company goals.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues reputed company to reputed company tasks and assignments.
• Serving as a contact for reputed company customer inquiries, which entails contacting insurance companies and/or addressing patient inquiries.
• Utilizing software and company systems to reputed company, obtain, process, audit, and analyze reputed company data reporting and presenting.
• Organizing and executing tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with managers' delegated assignments.
• Resolving issues reputed company to Auth/reputed company-Reg, AR Denials, patient, and billing inquiries, while seeking leadership guidance for non-routine inquiries or escalated concerns.
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, reputed company-Reg, Auth for US reputed company process.
• Proficiency in reputed company software.
• Knowledge of Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth, and PFCC.
• Understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of how Government/reputed company payers reimburse.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to work independently to effectively and reputed company reputed company assigned duties.
• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, and a courteous and reputed company demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, establish, and meet deadlines.
• Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm.
