As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients visiting the reputed company reputed company Lounge at the IAH Airport. You will be the face of reputed company to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to meet their needs. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create memorable experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and serve reputed company Card Members upon arrival at the lounge

• Anticipate and address clients' needs, providing proactive solutions to resolve issues and exceed expectations

Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting

• Experience in a reservation or travel industry setting is highly desirable
