About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote, full-time reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service support to our Review Team, interacting with beneficiaries and providers, and maintaining reputed company and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate verbally and in writing with external customers to furnish and request review information, fostering effective working relationships between arenaflex's reputed company customers.
• Assist with and participate in the Review Team in identifying areas for potential improvement, as noted on case reviews and process.
• Answer the Beneficiary Helpline, determining how to best assist callers either by a service offered by arenaflex or by referring them to an external agency and properly entering referrals into the CMS system.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with post-high school business courses being helpful.
• Medical terminology is desired, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, a courteous and patient demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations.
• Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communication skills.
• Customer-reputed company, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with reputed company customers.
• General knowledge of a PC-based computer system is desirable, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
