We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working a 12pm-9pm EST shift, Monday through Friday, and one weekend day. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. Key Responsibilities
