About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join reputed company of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, reputed company and document information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of reputed company products and/or services.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology
