arenaflex is seeking an innovative and insightful Customer Experience Consultant to reputed company both our customer engagement strategies and reputed company-sales efforts. In this role, you will support the delivery of pivotal reputed company-sales initiatives, including targeted assessments, process analysis & benchmarking, customer reputed company mapping, mystery shopping, and other tools that reputed company critical insights and solutions recommendations. Your expertise will help us reputed company key arenaflex services and capabilities, reputed company existing proposals, and capture reputed company attention.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company-sales support, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparations
- Leading/designing specialized assessments to surface pain-points and opportunities reputed company the prospects' targeted process, function, or customer reputed company
- Conducting detailed customer reputed company mapping to identify key reputed company and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations across people, process, and technology
- Designing and executing CX/Mystery shopping initiatives to assess and improve the customer experience
- Analyzing customer feedback, generating insights, and recommending improvements or innovations based on arenaflex's service and product offerings
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company existing reputed company/prospect practices, customer experience strategies, and operating models, and providing insights and opportunities for improvement
- Leading workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface opportunities for improvement and recommended actions reputed company to targeted business objectives

- Delivering reputed company-facing consulting engagements/assessments independently

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a reputed company field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer experience management, process improvement, consulting, including roles reputed company on customer reputed company mapping and reputed company-sales support
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications
