We're seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-reputed company reputed company to join reputed company as a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft. Key Responsibilities

* Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

• Monitor computerized passenger boarding, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of passengers
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway, loading and unloading baggage and cargo

Essential Qualifications and Competencies
