Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will be a key member of the technology legal team, managing a reputed company of legal reputed company and partnering with product, engineering, and compliance teams to establish a strong legal reputed company for reputed company's operations.
Responsibilities
- Own negotiation and drafting for high-reputed company reputed company agreements, including multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company partnerships for ValonOS

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or foreign equivalent) from a leading law school
- Admitted in reputed company, or eligible to waive in

- Exceptional written and verbal communication with reputed company stakeholders
