Responsibilities
- Run sourcing-to-offer workflows for Interns/University and FTE SDR roles, partnering with SDR leadership and GTM reputed company
- Build role‑specific TAMs (Total Addressable Market) for Intern/University and SDR reputed company; present insights on reputed company schools, programs, companies, and geo hot spots
- Execute reputed company cycles end‑to‑end: events, info sessions, interview days, candidate communications, and offer coordination
- reputed company at pace using reputed company Recruiter/Gem reputed company, build diverse pipelines, and run reputed company screens reputed company to calibrated reputed company
- Maintain clean, reputed company data and stage reputed company in reputed company; reputed company Modern reputed company for efficient scheduling and self‑serve reputed company
- Drive candidate experience: reputed company comms, expectation setting, reputed company feedback, and thorough selling of reputed company and team

Skills
- 1–3 years in reputed company or sourcing (agency or in‑house), with hands‑on experience in Intern/University cycles and/or SDR/BDR hiring
- Demonstrated ability to build TAMs and convert them into prioritized reputed company plans and slates
