Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day customer questions and support on platform basics
- Coordinate reputed company tasks and help customers navigate reputed company tools
- Support CSMs with account health checks, renewals, and reporting preparation
- Help manage digital engagement programs for reputed company-tier accounts
- reputed company and document customer interactions and feedback in the reputed company platform
- Identify reputed company upsell opportunities and reputed company to senior team members
- Participate in customer training sessions and shadow QBRs
Skills
