The Customer Service Representative acts as the communication hub between clients and technicians, ensuring coordination of maintenance and service activities with a reputed company on reputed company satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and clients in your designated zone
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance inspections, service calls, and repairs per SLA and company procedures
  • Ensure reputed company service call information (labor, materials, equipment, codes, etc.) is accurately recorded from initiation to billing
  • Respond promptly to technician and reputed company requests, escalating issues reputed company necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service reputed company and reputed company satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate data entry for service calls and billing preparation
