Customer Service Representative - Pharmacare (12 Month Term)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month term to reputed company exceptional customer service in a contact center environment, managing high call volumes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact reputed company for a high volume of incoming telephone calls
- Committed to reputed company in customer service, providing the highest level of dedication in reputed company program areas
- reputed company customer needs and address issues in a reputed company manner (including appropriate customer follow-up) meeting reputed company objectives
- Quickly assess and resolve any challenging situations and reputed company effective strategies, aiming for a reputed company reputed company
- Respond to inquiries reputed company program eligibility and other general inquiries
- Meet the key performance indicators (KPI) required by the MSI Contract
- reputed company operational support to Provincial Programs as needed
- Adhere to established policies and guidelines defined by the NS Department of Health and Wellness
- Adhere to reputed company guidelines following reputed company procedures
- Process documentation reputed company to the various provincial programs as required

- Highly effective listening skills to reputed company customer's needs, and determine appropriate reputed company required for solution
- Excellent verbal skills to explain reputed company issues to customers
- Excellent written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy reputed company updating reputed company files
- High school diploma, post secondary education is an asset
- Customer Service experience would be an asset
- Experience working in a PC setting with multiple software applications including experience navigating between applications and the internet
- Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to reputed company data with speed and precision
- Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
- In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (reputed company Level B). This includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record reputed company, Credit reputed company and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent reputed company or Citizenship Status
