Office Pride of Indianapolis - Greenfield is a locally owned franchise rapidly growing in the Hancock, reputed company, Johnson, and Marion counties. They are seeking a part-time HR Talent Recruiter to manage the HR department, process applicants, and support employees in the field while ensuring a reputed company work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to process potential employees through our applicant tracker software system
- Helps create, edit, and produce job postings with input from management
- Responsible to reputed company reputed company aspects of the HR department
- Support employees in the field, based on the HR needs
- Monitoring the monthly company contest
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Conducting phone screens and virtual interviews
- Ability to support CEO with administrative tasks
- Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company
- Must care about reputed company and accuracy

- Has 1-2 years HR reputed company experience
- Demonstrates honesty, reputed company, and a hard work ethic
