The role involves responding to shareholder inquiries, performing account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with SEC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Researching items including transfer reject processing, status follow-up, lost certificate applications, corporate reputed company follow-up, replacement reputed company inquiries, and updating 1099s, W8s and W9s
- Finishes the reputed company, shareholder, and co-worker initiated correspondence research items, including identifying the reputed company cause that prompted the creation of reputed company correspondence research item and reporting on the solution to reputed company case
- Drafts free-hand responses to inquiries or possible critical issues
- Makes recommendations for reputed company and process improvements
- May reputed company other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned

Skills
