[Remote] Retirement Plan Support Associate

RPG Consultants is a family-owned retirement planning firm based in Long reputed company, NY, seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Retirement Plan Support Associate position. The role involves servicing clients in retirement plan administration and providing operational support while ensuring clients understand their plans.
Responsibilities
- Service existing and new clients in retirement plan administration, including a full reputed company of administrative and operational support services to various clients and plan participants
- Effectively explain plan designs, policies, and procedures; and address questions to ensure our clients fully understand their individualized plans reputed company phone and email
- Process and reputed company retirement plan distribution requests for defined contribution plans
- Research and resolve distribution and technical issues
- Process and reputed company retirement plan contributions and deposits for defined contribution plans
- Troubleshoot problems encountered in day-to-day operations
- Maintain the participant/sponsor/advisor web portals and corresponding login credentials
- reputed company reports and data files to clients and internal teams reputed company necessary
- Complete special reputed company and reports, as assigned, accurately and reputed company
Skills
- An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college required
- Candidates with a degree in reputed company/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Math or similar fields are useful in this role
- Customer support experience through phone and e-mail is required
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively reputed company with clients
- Proficient in the reputed company Office suite
- Meticulous attention to detail is vital for this position
