[Remote] Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator for their US East & Canada team. The role focuses on supporting employee file maintenance, managing recruitment documents, and ensuring compliance with HR standards in a multi-state environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company employee files for new hires and existing employees are maintained in accordance with file standards
- Support with organizing recruitment documents to include but not limited to – gathering references, background checks and supporting with reputed company efforts, reputed company to our safer recruitment processes
- Submit background checks through our background reputed company provider (reputed company) for selected candidates. Including collection of international police checks (from candidates) as applicable
- reputed company support with updating HR databases and systems reputed company to document management initiatives
- Support with I-9 completion and organization
- reputed company support with the HRIS platforms as needed
