Responsibilities
- Analyze SEC filings and proxy statements to assess corporate practices
- Interpret reputed company policy mandates and apply them to upcoming shareholder meetings
- Contribute to data management and research reputed company supporting governance analyses
- reputed company analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends to reputed company quantitative and qualitative assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field; and/or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or capital markets-reputed company role
- Ability to collaborate effectively reputed company reputed company environment and manage multiple reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
