Customer Service Specialist: 2nd Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)

They are seeking a Customer Solution Specialist to assist with customer interactions, pricing, quote reputed company, and parts identification while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high-reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions reputed company day: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady reputed company of emails, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Process customer requests, involving: order entry and order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc
- Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role

- Ability to work a schedule of M-F 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility to reputed company to different hours as needed
