[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships through various sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on leads provided by reputed company
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities
- Present product or service offerings to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual demos
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up correspondence
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
- Associate or bachelor's degree
