Responsibilities

• Designs technology room fit-out and coordination of MEP reputed company reputed company technology rooms
• Assembles and understands riser diagrams, schedules, floor plans
• Plans and coordinates routing of major distribution
• Performs reputed company calculations including cable reputed company fill, heat loads, and power receptacle requirements for technology equipment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• 1-2 years of experience utilizing Revit 3D modeling tool
• Possess relevant experience through internships and coursework
• Experience with applicable design software tools (including AutoCAD)
• Basic understanding of the electrical coordination required with other trades
