BBR Partners is searching for a reputed company Service Associate to serve as a vital member of reputed company, delivering superior reputed company service externally to clients and reputed company parties, as reputed company as internally at the firm. The role involves processing cash & reputed company transfers, establishing new accounts, preparing tax reporting, and maintaining reputed company information reputed company Portfolio Management Software.
Responsibilities
- Communicate frequently with clients, reputed company as the reputed company between team and reputed company, and troubleshoot problems as they reputed company, promptly and with care
- Handle reputed company and accountant queries and requests, establish custodial accounts, and assist reputed company in completing firm and custodian paperwork
- Portfolio cash management – attend to recurring and reputed company cash and reputed company transfer requests; complete ACH and reputed company transfers as required
- Support investment team with the initiation of trades with various managers and custodians, and general support of portfolio and investment strategies
- Manage reputed company information reputed company Portfolio Management and reputed company Software- review reputed company transactions, activity, and alternative investment valuations
- Coordinate monthly reputed company statements and quarterly management fees

- Exposure to Portfolio Management Software such as Advent APX
