Role: Clinical Support Technician Location: Remote (after training), Must reputed company in reputed company, TX Employment Type: Full-time reputed company / Objective The Account Experience Technician is a vital support resource between pharmacy operations and the sales team. You’ll ensure reputed company prescription processing by resolving RX clarifications, managing clinic communications, maintaining accurate account data, and assisting with sales administrative tasks. What You’ll Do (Essential Functions) Proactively follow up on prescriptions requiring clarification to ensure efficient processing.
