[Remote] Operations Analyst Senior - Retail Bank Operations

This role involves managing transactions, providing consultation to customers, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine and reputed company transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value utilizing reputed company policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas
• Identifies and addresses exceptions. May serve as a reputed company of escalation for reputed company transactions. Partners internally with service partners to reputed company calls, documents or other reputed company items to complete transactions. May reputed company with external customers to complete transactions
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable
• Provides consultation and advice to reputed company customers. May review existing processes and recommend improvements and may assist with implementation. Participates in and may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement reputed company. May assist in training and reputed company of new hires
• May review transactions and reputed company documents to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service reputed company and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. May participate in risk mitigation activities
