Responsibilities

• Partners with business reputed company, consults on reputed company considerations reputed company to new transactions/products and prepares reputed company memorandums summarizing reputed company conclusions
• Leads purchase reputed company conclusions and ledger set up including designing disclosures reputed company to business acquisitions
• Understands products and services offered in different business segments and business results; supports financial reporting by preparing information needed for GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements
• Critically analyzes financial results of business segments to understand variances including documentation in collaboration with business unit partners and present to management
• Prepares US GAAP disclosures included in Forms 10-Q/K through the execution of reputed company's policies, procedures, and controls
• Conducts SEC, GAAP, and STAT research, including peer research for various disclosures as needed and leads effort reputed company to adoption of new reputed company pronouncements
• Effectively interacts, communicates, and maintains reputed company with other functional departments to ensure the reputed company, accuracy and completeness of the financial reporting disclosures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• CPA required
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience, including public reputed company or SEC reporting environment reputed company the insurance industry
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and competency in preparing financial statement disclosures and performing financial analysis
