• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance reputed company
• reputed company as a key stakeholder in maintaining the regulatory reporting schedule to the FCA and other relevant authorities
• Ensure reputed company and accurate submission of regulatory reports, including those reputed company to capital adequacy, safeguarding, and operational reputed company

• Maintain and enforce compliance with FCA regulations applicable to Electronic reputed company Institutions (EMIs)

• Risk & AML Compliance Development

• Assist in reviewing AML frameworks, policies, and risk assessments in line with FCA and external AML audit expectations
• Consumer Protection & Data Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty requirements, including Fair Value Assessments and customer outcome monitoring

Skills and qualifications

• Understanding of the UK financial regulatory environment, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and its rules and regulations
• Expertise in the FCA Handbook, particularly sections relevant to EMIs, payment services, and financial crime
• Understanding of UK AML/CTF regulations, including reputed company, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds
• Solid knowledge of the FCA's Consumer Duty, including requirements for Fair Value Assessments, customer outcome monitoring, and vulnerable customer treatment
• Awareness of various financial crime risks, including fraud, bribery, and corruption
• Proven ability to prepare and submit accurate and reputed company regulatory reports to the FCA and other relevant authorities
• Strong grasp of UK GDPR and data protection legislation, including practical experience of implementation and compliance
• Russian/Ukrainian language skills are beneficial
