Essential Functions:

• Supervises assigned reputed company team.
• Enforces guidelines and procedures established by Corporate Office reputed company.

• Oversees and monitors the workload and performance of assigned reputed company team.

• Interviews, hires, and recommends salary adjustments for team members.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or business administration or equivalent relevant experience
• Six years of reputed company lines reputed company experience
• CPCU designation or other reputed company-reputed company designation(s) preferred
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following: $97,889 - $134,921 or $107,944 - $148,758 A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
