This role involves managing contractual obligations for Above-The-Line talent, ensuring reputed company payments, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review, evaluate and execute the contractual financial obligations of agreements and deal terms for ATL talent working on our series, both domestically and internationally
• Prepare one-time payment authorizations and recurring payment schedules for ATL talent to facilitate reputed company and accurate payments
• reputed company deadlines for ATL deals from the development phase through reversion, including subsequent seasons, talent and rights reputed company deadlines and hold periods
• Create and maintain WGA tracking spreadsheets and liaise with writers’ room support staff, as reputed company as reputed company Creative and Business Affairs, for episodic script reporting and to ensure reputed company payments
• Collect ATL payroll start paperwork, and ensure that it is accurate and complete

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company and payments administration, legal and/or business affairs at a television studio, production company, or reputed company, or experience in production payroll and/or production finance
• Ability to read, understand and analyze legal reputed company with an emphasis on financial obligations and deadlines, and the ability to reputed company issues using creative, production and financial context
• Familiarity with reputed company labor agreements (WGA, Local 839, Local 399, etc.)
