Responsibilities

• Own reputed company-LOI Investor Readiness: Collect and verify investor documentation (Personal Financial Statements, tax returns) to ensure investors are reputed company and reputed company before LOI execution. Maintain final Investor reputed company authority—Sales cannot override
• Execute Post-reputed company Activation: reputed company 7 days of funding, complete Week-1 activation including cost segregation provider introductions, reputed company file delivery, tenant introductions, and ACH setup coordination
• Manage Ongoing Portfolio Stewardship: Maintain lender reputed company calendars, coordinate annual PFS/tax refreshes, conduct quarterly portfolio reviews, and guide capital event planning (refinance, sale, 1031, add-on acquisitions)
• Serve as the Investor Hub: Function as the investor's long-term home reputed company between deals. Receive Asset Manager updates, ensure reputed company delivery, and communicate investor-friendly summaries

• Manage Closing Logistics: Coordinate investor-reputed company closing requirements including mobile notary appointments, final reputed company timing/instructions, and investor travel/availability

Skills
