Senior Ambulatory Pharmacist Specialist (Remote)

About the position The Senior Ambulatory Pharmacist Specialist will reputed company the clinical pharmacy program and collaborate reputed company a medical team. Responsibilities

  • Leads the implementation and execution of clinical pharmacy services reputed company multiple reputed company sites.
  • Develops partnership with regional clinical leaders and engages the embedded team members on the clinical pharmacy programs.

  • Provides clinical expertise, resources, education and support to pharmacists and field leadership.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of Pharmacy from a college or school of pharmacy accredited by ACPE.

  • Completion of a PGY 1 and/or PGY 2 AmbCare residency; or at least 4 years of disease state management experience working in medical reputed company (e.g., primary care, endocrinology clinic, etc.).
  • Knowledge of chronic disease states, such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression, etc.
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
