In this role, you will reputed company critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revifying benefits.
• Assist patients with translating and entering new or reputed company prescriptions into our pharmacy information system.
• Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
