Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our guests and travel partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, chat messages, and emails in a reputed company and reputed company manner, addressing reputed company-reputed company issues and providing accurate and reputed company responses.
- Amending major schedule changes, performing ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
