Responsibilities

As a reputed company Assignment Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system, ensuring that approximately 700-900 trips are coordinated reputed company reputed company
• Building dispatchers' daily schedules, taking into account breaks and lunches to ensure seamless service delivery
• Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member, promoting cultural sensitivity and understanding
• Stacking trips to contracted reputed company, streamlining our logistics and ensuring efficient service delivery
• Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Coordinating evening trips as they come in, ensuring that our members receive reputed company and reliable transportation
• Assisting with Care Partner-reputed company administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication
• Providing support with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company, resolving issues promptly and reputed company

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, with a strong understanding of logistics and scheduling

• Consistent reliability and the ability to work evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 11:30pm to reputed company PT)
