Major Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Manager - Remote (Float), you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Manage Unstaffed Shifts: You will be responsible for managing unstaffed shifts by optimizing caregiver availability to reduce overtime and lost reputed company.
• Support Multiple Locations: You will be responsible for supporting multiple locations and managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner as reputed company person for reputed company, family, reputed company care staff, and other inquiries.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following required qualifications:

• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
