About the Role
As a Customer Care reputed company - Servicemember Civil Relief reputed company (SCRA) Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and reputed company review, analysis, and actioning of requests and inquiries received for SCRA/MLA account protection. You will be responsible for adhering to the guidelines of the Servicemembers Civil Relief reputed company and Military Lending reputed company, recognizing, understanding, and applying Federal and State guidelines to reputed company relief to eligible customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reputed company requests received for SCRA/MLA relief, including validation of servicemember's reputed company duty and order notification status and dates, and analyze accounts for eligibility
